Free Outdoor Pilates This Summer at Wembley Park with our founder Laura Pelinski.

We’re excited to invite you to join FREE outdoor Pilates classes as part of Wembley Park’s Summer Rocks — an amazing way to move, breathe, and reset under the iconic stadium arch.

🧘‍♀️ Led by Laura Pelinski, International Master Trainer and founder of El Estudio Pilates Boutique.

📍 Where? Sound Shell – outdoors, no need to go to El Estudio Pilates Boutique.

🗓️ When? Join one session per month – available only for new visitors!

✅What you need to bring:

1.  A Pilates Mat – mandatory
2. A bottle of water
3. A towel
4. Wear comfortable clothes – no special gear needed

🚫 If you don’t bring your own mat, you won’t be able to join the class.
