I’ve been attending Pilates classes at El Estudio for nearly three years now and I can’t recommend these classes enough! When I first started I had zero flexibility, a non-existent core and terrible posture. What makes these classes so special is the attention to detail and corrections by Laura and the other instructors during the class. There’s a precision to Pilates, and these small adjustments help you with your form, so you that you feel each exercise in the correct manner. With regular classes, you start to see progression quickly in your ability and also in your body. There’s a beautiful Pilates community, it’s a friendly, clean and safe space. No matter what level of exercise ability - it’s welcoming for all. If you’re thinking about joining - let this review be your encouragement to do so! I wish I joined sooner. Thank you Laura and the team for creating such enjoyable Pilates classes!

I had never tried Pilates before, but since joining El Estudio in Wembley Park, I've been really enjoying the classes. All instructors are fantastic, they genuinely motivate me to do my best and push myself in a positive, encouraging way. Both the tower and reformer classes are excellent: they're challenging yet enjoyable, with a great variety of exercises and everything you need. Since starting at El Estudio, I’ve noticed real improvements in myself, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality Pilates studio!

I’ve been taking classes at El Estudio Pilates for 3 and a half years now, and it has completely changed me (in a good way! :)

When I first started, I was a total beginner, struggling with back pain all the time. However, since then, not only has my back pain completely disappeared, I’ve also gained so much strength and discovered how enjoyable these exercises can be.

Laura is such a wonderful teacher—kind, patient, and motivating. She creates a supportive environment where you feel both comfortable and challenged.

Highly recommended for everyone:)

Been coming here since September 2024 and love the classes and teachers! They are very helpful with cancellations or booking changes. The teachers are patient and explain the various exercises really well. You can work out at a pace that is comfortable for you but also challenging at the same time. There are people of all age groups in the classes. Reccomend these classes if you want to improve your balance, flexibility and tone your muscles!

I've been attending classes at the West Kensington Studio since it opened late last year - as a local it is brilliant to have such a lovely studio nearby. All of the regular instructors I've had the pleasure of being in class with (in particular Claudia and Anna R.) are excellent. The classes feel personalised, informative and professional, the studio is a great space.

Frequently asked questions

Have more questions? Get in touch.
  • Which class should I start with?

Begin with Level 1 Reformer or our £55 Intro Pack: Fundamentals. You’ll learn breath work, alignment cues, safe spring settings, and the core exercises that every higher level builds on. Think of it as your movement foundation.

  • What’s the difference between Reformer, Tower, and Chair?

    • Reformer – Moving carriage + springs for full‑body strength, length, and control.
    • Tower – Vertical springs and bars that target mobility, postural alignment, and assisted stretch.
    • Chair – An upright box with pedals that challenges balance, core power, and leg strength in a compact space.

Mixing all three creates the most balanced practice.

  • What’s the difference between class levels?

    • Level 1: Foundations – Slow tempo, detailed cueing, ideal for beginners or anyone refining technique.
    • Level 2: Progression – More complex choreography, faster transitions, and greater spring variety.
    • Level 3: Challenge – Advanced repertoire, dynamic sequences, and higher endurance demands.

Each level adds layers of coordination, strength, and body awareness.

  • Do I need to complete Level 1 before trying other classes?

Yes. Level 1 teaches the control and safety principles you’ll need in Level 2 and beyond.

  • What if I have an injury or limitation?

Tell us when you book or at check‑in. We can adjust springs, props, and ranges, or suggest privates for specific rehab work. Many clients come to us because of back, hip, or shoulder issues—safe modification is part of our DNA.

  • Can I book any class with the Intro Pack?

The Intro Pack is for Level 1 Reformer only. Once you’ve completed your three sessions, we’ll recommend the next level or suggest Tower, Chair, or Barre classes that match your goals.

  • What should I wear or bring to class?

Fitted activewear, grip socks (for hygiene and traction), a water bottle, and minimal jewellery. Avoid zips, metal buttons, or heavy fragrance—they can damage equipment or disrupt other clients. We sell grip socks and have a refill station for bottles.

  • How do I book a class?

    1. Schedule page – pick your studio and click Book.
    2. el Estudio app – book, cancel, or wait‑list on the go.

Both routes take you to our secure Mindbody checkout. Prefer human help? Call or email and we’ll book it in seconds.
