- Once you’ve purchased the Pilates Intro Pack, you will need to complete the following form: elestudio.uk/form.
Booking your classes: All 3 classes are Level 1 Reformer classes, which you can find on our schedule. To book classes, you will have to send an email to westkensington@elestudio.uk with the time and date of the classes you’d like to book from the schedule.
Important Information:
- The Pilates Intro Pack is non-refundable and a 30 day expiry on the package.
- Cancellation is allowed up to 12 hours before the class begins. Within that 12-hour window, the terms «Late Cancel» and «No Show» apply if the client does not attend the class. It’s important to note that Late Cancel and No Shows cannot be rescheduled or recovered.
