We are migrating systems, the website will be back up and running tomorrow!

In the meantime...

We are delighted to announce that we are switching our booking system from MindBody to Arketa! We have made this decision as Arketa will make all the processes easier for you, the client. From managing your bookings, to managing your memberships, being aware of offers or tracking your progress better, Arketa offers a much more user friendly way to do everything with us.

The data exportation has already been done on our end, and should be available in Arketa from next Tuesday, in the meantime, you can download the app but please do not log in yet as all your data is being moved from app to app now, including your login credentials, bookings, payment methods and memberships. 

These data migrations can sometimes have issues, as expected, so please let us know if once you login there are bits missing. We will gladly assist you so that it goes as smoothly as possible.

So to summarise it all, what you need to know is:

• We are changing our booking system from MindBody to Arketa.
• Up until Tuesday, our website and new app won’t be available to make bookings. If you need to book or make a change before then, please use our MindBody app.
• The migration will be done by the 12th of May, we expect that by the afternoon all the data would be transferred, to be safe please don’t login until the evening of the 12th of May.
• All your data is being transferred from one app to the other, and there is nothing for you to do on your side.
• You will need to download our new app, already on the app store, the links below will take you to the app on your desired app store.
• We aim for this to be as smooth as possible, but issues during these migrations can be expected, so anything you need let us know!

We hope this change makes it easier for all of you to handle things like your free late cancels, membership cancellations, suspensions without these processes needing to be manual anymore.

We would also like to take this chance to say thank you to all of you who have been supporting us throughout these last two months since Sergio left us. We thoroughly appreciate each and every one of you.
