Welcome to El estudio
Personalised movement. Expertly guided.
This is movement that starts with you.
Private sessions at el Estudio are guided one-to-one experiences — built around your body, your history, and your goals. Whether you’re post or prenatal, returning from injury, or simply want deeper attention, these sessions give you space to slow down, tune in, and move forward with confidence.
Led by expert instructors trained in biomechanics and contemporary Pilates, every session is designed to teach — not just train.

Our philosophy
Not just personalised. Purposeful.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all movement. Our private sessions follow the same method as our group classes – blending anatomy, applied neurology, and contemporary Pilates but with 100% of the attention on you.
You’ll work on Reformers, Towers, Cadillacs, Chairs and props selected for your needs — and be guided with clarity, precision and care. It’s intelligent movement, fully tailored.

What people say about us
Frequently asked questions
Who are private sessions for?
Anyone who wants a custom‑built approach. That can mean postnatal recovery, injury rehab, athletes fine‑tuning performance, or complete beginners who’d rather learn one‑to‑one. If you have specific goals—or simply prefer undivided attention—private sessions give you a programme designed around you, not the class plan.
What equipment will we use?
Everything the studio offers: Reformers, Towers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Cardio‑Tramp®, and a full toolkit of props. Your instructor chooses the apparatus that best serves your goal each session—whether that’s core activation, mobility, power, or pain‑free patterning.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. Private work is ideal for first‑timers because you’ll learn breath, alignment, and equipment basics in a quiet, no‑pressure setting. If you do have experience, we simply start farther up the ladder and refine what you already know.
Can I combine private and group classes?
Absolutely—and many clients do. A common mix is one private each week to deep‑dive on technique plus two group classes for community and momentum. Your instructor will map out the blend (or one of our private‑plus‑class memberships) that fits your schedule and goals.
How often should I come?
That depends on your target:
- Rehab / postnatal: 1‑2 privates per week for the first 4‑6 weeks, then taper.
- Skill building & strength: Weekly privates or a 5‑pack over six weeks keeps progress steady.
- Performance tune‑ups: A monthly check‑in (or our 1 private + classes membership) is usually enough.
We’ll recommend a cadence after your first session—and you can always scale up or down as life changes.
