  • Which class should I book?

    If you’re new, start with our Intro Pack: Fundamentals, once you have completed the Intro Pack, continue on to our Level 1 classes. They teach breath, alignment, and safe spring settings. Already have equipment experience—or a specific goal in mind? Check our Class Styles for quick descriptions, or ask reception and we’ll point you to the right class.

  • How far in advance can I book?

    You can book a class as far out as our schedule has availability. If you love a specific slot grab it early! Popular times fill fast.

    Clients are recommended to book at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment of classes being fully booked.

  • What does 'waitlist' mean?

    The class is full, but you can join the wait‑list at no cost. As soon as someone cancels, Mindbody auto‑moves the next person in and emails you. Can’t make it after you’re bumped in? Cancel within the 12‑hour window to avoid losing the credit.

  • I don’t see my Intro Pack or membership credits—what now?

    Log in with the same email you used to buy the pack. Still missing? Refresh the widget or the el Estudio app; if credits don’t appear, email us and we’ll sort it immediately.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

    Under your account on the website or our mobile app, click the scheduled class and choose ‘cancel’, then follow the prompts. Remember: Cancellations inside 12 hours forfeit the credit unless your pack includes a late cancel grace.
