Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between the Intro Pack, class packs and a membership?
Intro Pack £55 – one‑time offer for new clients: 3 Level 1 Reformer classes + posture assessment, valid 10 days from your first visit.
Class packs – pay‑as‑you‑go bundles (5 – 100 credits). Each pack has its own price‑per‑class, expiry, and free late‑cancel quota. Ideal if your schedule changes week‑to‑week.
Memberships – 4, 8 or 12 classes that renew monthly (3‑month minimum). Credits roll forward for 6 weeks, you get at least one free late cancel each month, apart from the 4 classes per month membership, and your spot is reserved so you build momentum.
How long is the Intro Pack valid for?
30 days to book your first class; then 10 days to use the remaining two credits. It can only be purchased once per person.
Can I try just one class before committing?
Yes. A single drop‑in is £35 and is valid for 10 days. Many new clients still choose the Intro Pack because the price per class is lower and you feel real progress over three sessions.
Is there a minimum commitment?
- Yes—memberships run for a 3‑month minimum. After that you can cancel or freeze with notice.
Are memberships and packs studio‑specific?
They are. Passes purchased can only be used in the studio they were purchased for, either Wembley Park or Kensington Olympia. If you’re looking to visit both studios please contact us and we’ll see if we can help.
Do you offer private sessions or packages?
Absolutely. One‑to‑one sessions start at £110 (or £130 with Laura) and drop as low as £89.50 when you buy a 10‑pack. All privates carry the same 12‑hour late‑cancel window as group classes.
Can I share or transfer class packs?
Class packs can be shared with one family member when both names are on the account. Memberships and private‑session packages remain individual.
What happens if I late‑cancel or no‑show?
Cancel 12 hours before start time and keep the credit. Your free late‑cancel quota resets monthly or is fixed per pack. After that it’s a £5 fee. No‑show on a wait‑listed class incurs a £15 fee, added to your next bill.
