Montly Membership Terms And Conditions

Monthly Membership 12 Classes

This membership consists of 12 classes credits for a monthly fee of £250. Billing starts from the purchase date and subsequently on the same date each month for a minimum of three months, until a one-month cancellation notice is sent via email to spelinski@elestudio.uk.

Terms and Conditions of the Monthly Membership

1. The agreement has a minimum duration of 3 months from the payment start date and cannot be rescinded, cancelled, or paused before this time. It will automatically renew for subsequent months unless the client or El Estudio Pilates Boutique cancels it. A written cancellation notice with a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required.
2. This contract will automatically renew every 3 months.
3. 12 class credits will be activated from the purchase date and subsequently on the same date each month. All unused credits automatically expire 6 weeks after the purchase date.
4. Additional class credits for bookings within the billing month can be purchased through the App at a rate of £22 per class.
5. One free late cancellation per month for monthly membership packages of 8 or 12 classes is permitted by contacting spelinski@elestudio.uk as compensation for a late cancellation.
6. All late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows (including those where you can be automatically added through the waiting list) will be deducted from your class pass.
7. Advance booking by contacting spelinski@elestudio.uk.
8. One guest pass per month; the client must provide the guest’s name, surname, email, and phone number, and the guest will be reserved in one of the available Pilates Intro Pack classes.
9. All late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows (including those where you can be automatically added through the waiting list) will be deducted from your package.
10. Contracts can be frozen for one billing period at a time, twice for 30 days within 12 months by contacting spelinski@elestudio.uk. (*)
11. Package expiration dates cannot be extended.
12. Contracts are non-transferable and exclude refunds unless requested within 14 days of the contract start date.
13. If the monthly membership payment is not made within 3 days of the due date, the credits from the previous period will be frozen.

(*) The freezing of successive contracts can only be activated from the second contract onwards, provided they are consecutive. The first contract cannot be rescinded, cancelled, or paused before this time.
